Ferrous Gluconate is yellow and gray powder. It is odorless and subsaline. Its molecular formular is C12H22FeO14.2H2O and molecular weight is 482.
Ferrous Gluconate is widely used in food, bevetage, medicine, salt, health careproducts, etc. As food additive, the adding amount of Ferrous Gluconate: 200-400mg in cereal and cereal product, 80-160mg in beverage, 400-800mg in dairy product and nurseling food, 4800-6000mg in table salt and bonbon.
